The room was clean and quite comfortable. check-in and check-out were efficient processes. I appreciated that greatly. even at a late hour, the check-in was smooth, which i found considerate.
The corridors were a bit noisy at times. I could hear some sounds, but it wasn't overwhelming. it was slight but worth noting. we loved the stay though.

the reception staff seemed friendly and helpful enough. location-wise, it was decent for getting to al qudra road.
i hate to say it, but the service felt slow. when i asked for extra towels because we had only received two for a family of four in an apartment hotel, i waited nearly an hour. there was no sense of urgency at all. it was like the hotel was understaffed, with a few people doing too much.

The hotel is edgy and movie themed. I was impressed with the high quality fittings. The staff is proactive and friendly. The bars have a great selection. Attention to detail is superb.

broken pedalslow replenishment
I found several issues . the gym lacked proper maintenance. One of the treadmills was out of order and a stationary bike had a broken pedal. also, the breakfast buffet was often crowded and slow to replenish items. i waited quite a while for simple things such as eggs and fresh fruit, frustrating when i wanted to start my day quickly.

the room was spacious and clean. i found good value for money. taxis were available 24 hours in front of the hotel!!!
