a good stay
clean room efficient check-in smooth process considerate service
The room was clean and quite comfortable. check-in and check-out were efficient processes. I appreciated that greatly. even at a late hour, the check-in was smooth, which i found considerate.
The corridors were a bit noisy at times. I could hear some sounds, but it wasn't overwhelming. it was slight but worth noting. we loved the stay though.

The staff was attentive, helpful, and always smiling. ravi, in particular, checked on my needs every day. He provided assistance with a smile and genuine care. i felt welcomed and cared for.

slow service understaffed hotel
the reception staff seemed friendly and helpful enough. location-wise, it was decent for getting to al qudra road.
i hate to say it, but the service felt slow. when i asked for extra towels because we had only received two for a family of four in an apartment hotel, i waited nearly an hour. there was no sense of urgency at all. it was like the hotel was understaffed, with a few people doing too much.

movie theme high quality friendly staff great selection
The hotel is edgy and movie themed. I was impressed with the high quality fittings. The staff is proactive and friendly. The bars have a great selection. Attention to detail is superb.

broken pedal slow replenishment
I found several issues . the gym lacked proper maintenance. One of the treadmills was out of order and a stationary bike had a broken pedal. also, the breakfast buffet was often crowded and slow to replenish items. i waited quite a while for simple things such as eggs and fresh fruit, frustrating when i wanted to start my day quickly.

clean room good value around-the-clock taxis
the room was spacious and clean. i found good value for money. taxis were available 24 hours in front of the hotel!!!
the bathroom towels seemed a little tired.
